Product description
Electric finger twisting is part of the stacking section in a sticker or packet layer. With a number of fingers, it lifts in section by section to stack packets.
Previously, hydraulics were used to drive the finger twisting, but today we use an electric motor to drive that movement. The upgrade to electronic twisting has many advantages and is included in our standard today. Advantages:
- Faster, safer, and smoother operation of the finger twisting
- Contributes to increased capacity
- Increases the ability to control the finger twisting optimally
- Less maintenance
- Reduces unnecessary downtime
With an upgrade, the downsides of hydraulics such as oil spills, costly maintenance, the fire risk with the oil, and any pressure drop that can cause uneven movement are avoided.
