Product description
The truck loading station is automatically placed on banded finished goods packages on the package discharge conveyor. The truck loading stations are picked and loaded entirely automatically from a pallet. The number of truck loading stations and their placement are automatically determined based on package length.

Function description
An EUR pallet with truck stick inserters is placed on a scissor table. From there, the truck stick inserters are layered off and onto a chain conveyor for transport to the robot's retrieval point. A robotic arm retrieves the necessary truck stick inserters for a package and then moves out to place them on the package. The truck driver has the option to choose whether the package should have truck inserters or not. Information about which stick pattern to place is taken from the package placer.
